You step into a socially critical IT environment where networks and security must function stably every day. In this role, you strengthen a team responsible for the operation, administration, and further development of complex network and firewall environments with high demands on availability, security, and quality.

You work both operationally and technically close to the infrastructure. This involves handling incidents, analyzing deviations, and contributing to changes where standard solutions are not always sufficient. You collaborate with other technical areas and help develop secure and appropriate solutions. • You support the daily operation of network and security infrastructure.
• You work with monitoring, troubleshooting, incident management, analysis, and actions to ensure a stable and secure operating environment.
• You use tools for management, monitoring, and automation, including Splunk as well as products from Cisco and Check Point.
• You participate in installation, configuration, and change work in complex network and firewall environments.
• You contribute with technical advice and documentation in connection with operations and changes.
• You collaborate with other technical areas to develop secure and well-functioning solutions.

• At least 3 years of documented experience as a Network Technician.
• Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish.
• Documented experience in configuring and operating network products and/or firewalls from at least one of the following vendors: Cisco or Check Point.
• Experience in troubleshooting and incident management in network and security environments.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance check (requires Swedish citizenship; dual citizenship is not accepted).

• Experience working in large and complex IT environments.
• Experience working in classified security operations or other operations with high demands on information security.
